Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 September 2026

KolMagen is operated by MULTIPLAYER LABORATORY LTD. These terms apply to the KolMagen website, app, and call protection service.

1. What KolMagen does

KolMagen helps screen incoming calls, understand why someone is calling, and assess possible fraud or unwanted calls. Depending on your settings and the assessment, calls may be connected, flagged, or blocked.

KolMagen may also analyze connected conversations afterward to review its assessments and improve future screening.

Screening delays connection. Its duration depends on the caller’s responses and service conditions. Some legitimate callers may hang up or decline to participate. Declining screening does not, by itself, currently cause automatic blocking; the subscriber may receive a warning.

2. Your control over calls

Numbers recognized by your phone as contacts bypass KolMagen screening and blocking. A KolMagen blocking rule cannot apply to a call that the phone does not make available to KolMagen.

For other numbers, the app allows you to submit feedback, choose to always allow a number, or explicitly block it. Personal allow and block choices affect your own protection and do not themselves change the number’s reputation for other subscribers.

Blocking performed by your phone’s built-in services operates separately. KolMagen does not override those blocks.

Subscribers and callers can contact us to request review of an incorrect assessment. Submitting feedback or requesting review does not automatically change a classification or unblock a number.

3. Limits of protection

KolMagen cannot guarantee that every fraudulent call will be identified or that every legitimate call will get through. Important calls may be delayed or incorrectly blocked, and suspicious calls may pass screening.

Caller numbers, claimed identities, and answers may be misleading. A low-risk assessment does not guarantee that a caller is trustworthy. A warning does not establish that a caller has committed fraud.

Use your judgment before sharing sensitive information, making payments, or following a caller’s instructions. KolMagen does not provide insurance or guarantee protection against financial loss.

4. Setup and availability

Use KolMagen only with a phone number you own or are authorized to manage. If you help someone else set up the service, obtain their agreement to activation and call analysis. Paying for another person’s subscription does not give you access to their call assessments.

The service requires a compatible device, the necessary app permissions, selection of KolMagen as the screening app, and correctly configured busy-call forwarding. Online screening also requires internet access and available backend services.

KolMagen checks service prerequisites and periodically checks forwarding. It alerts you when it detects a problem, but cannot guarantee immediate detection of every fault.

When online screening is unavailable before a call is forwarded, calls are allowed through without automated screening. Applicable local blocking rules may continue to operate where supported. Calls already forwarded may fail or be interrupted if a telephone network or service provider experiences a fault.

Your carrier may charge for forwarded calls, roaming, or mobile data according to your plan.

5. Call analysis and privacy

Before activating call analysis, you are asked to agree to the processing explained during setup and in our Privacy Notice.

Callers hear a Hebrew notice explaining that continuing the call indicates consent to recording and analysis. Screening begins in Hebrew and can continue in supported languages, including Russian and English.

Call audio and transcripts are discarded after analysis. We retain the resulting assessments and related information described in the Privacy Notice.

Assessments and feedback may gradually contribute to shared number reputation. Their influence decreases over time. Personal “Always allow” and “Always block” choices are not used as shared reputation reports.

6. Trial and subscription

Submitting the Try form sends KolMagen a request to contact you. It does not by itself create a paid subscription, charge you or start billing. KolMagen may contact you using the submitted phone number or email to help you start using the service. The subscription and trial start are governed by the separate enrollment and payment confirmation described below.

The subscription costs 20 ₪ / month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible users.

Setup checks take place before trial enrollment. The trial begins when you confirm enrollment and authorize recurring payments through the payment provider. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid and renews monthly.

Any subscription purchase through Google Play or PayPal is a separate checkout step from the Try form. The checkout shows the applicable offer, first payment date, and recurring charge.

You can cancel renewal through the payment channel used for your purchase. Canceling during the trial prevents the first paid renewal. Canceling during a paid period stops future renewals, while protection continues until that paid period ends, subject to applicable cancellation rights.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Further instructions are available on our Subscription page.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will notify you at least 30 days before an increase takes effect, or earlier if required by law or your payment platform.

The notice will explain the new price, effective date, and cancellation options. An increase applies only at a subsequent renewal and does not change the price of a period already paid for.

You may cancel before the increase takes effect. Where required, we will obtain your consent before charging the higher price. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play’s applicable notification and consent requirements.

8. Refunds

If you are charged but protection cannot be activated and support cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the affected charge.

If a prolonged KolMagen service outage prevents protection, you may request a proportionate refund of the subscription fee for the affected period.

If KolMagen permanently closes, we will stop renewals and refund the unused prepaid portion of your subscription.

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a period already paid for. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law or the relevant payment platform.

Refunds are processed through the original payment channel where available.

9. Turning off protection and removing forwarding

You can turn off protection through the app. To fully disconnect from KolMagen, you must also disable the busy-call forwarding configured for the service.

Canceling a subscription, deleting an account, or uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove forwarding configured with your carrier.

Remove KolMagen’s busy-call forwarding before protection ends. Calls forwarded from inactive subscribers are rejected and will not reach you through KolMagen.

Instructions are available in our Questions & Answers. The appropriate procedure depends on your carrier and SIM configuration.

10. Account deletion and retention

You can request deletion through the process described on our Delete Account page. We delete your account and its linked assessments in response to that request.

If you cancel your subscription without requesting account deletion, account data is retained for up to 30 days after paid protection ends, then deleted. You may request deletion sooner. This retention period does not extend protection.

Shared number reputation may continue after an account is deleted. Previous assessments’ influence decreases over time independently of whether the contributing account remains active. Further details appear in the Privacy Notice.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Follow the billing cancellation and forwarding-removal instructions when leaving the service.

11. Fair use

KolMagen is intended for normal personal use. Do not use it for unauthorized monitoring, harassment, automated or bulk traffic, resale, knowingly false reports, or disruption of the service.

For unusually high usage, we may issue a warning, contact you, and apply temporary restrictions where reasonably necessary. Urgent restrictions may be applied to address abuse or security risks.

We will not impose additional usage charges without your agreement.

12. Changes, responsibility, and support

We may update the service and these terms. We will give appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing subscriptions and obtain agreement where required. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen.

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Israeli law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you.

Support is available in Hebrew, Russian, and English, Sunday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, Israel time. Support is closed on Saturdays.
